Congratulations, you’re a 2026 Remarkable Futures Scholarship Recipient! Take note of the next steps and deadlines below:
- To receive your award, complete the Scholarship Acceptance Form (SAF) by logging into your application portal between April 14 – April 21, 2026 by visiting this link: https://chick-fil-a.scholarsapply.org/cfa/.
- If your school choice or permanent home address changes after you submit the Scholarship Acceptance Form, submit the information update form on or after April 22, 2026: https://cfa.scholarsapply.org/checkfaq.
- If you have any issues regarding your payment, you must submit a request using the check request site no later than November 19, 2026. The check request site https://chick-fil-a.scholarsapply.org/cfa/ will be available beginning June 29, 2026.
- Canadian Team Members Only: Your Social Insurance Number (SIN) is required to produce a T4A slip and process your award payment. All steps below must be completed before processing your payment:
- Complete a Canadian Social Insurance Number Form
- Save the form as FirstName.LastName_SIN (this is VERY IMPORTANT)
- Upload your SIN Form here. You will see an on-screen message confirming successful submission of your document.
