The deadline for Team Members making a 2023 award Check Request is November 21, 2023. If your 2023 award Check Request is not received by this date, your request will not be processed and any remaining balance you have will be forfeited.

Due to high volume of payment requests, please allow additional time for processing.

  1. Complete and submit the Check Request Change Form to verify your information.
  2. If you continue to meet eligibility requirements, a replacement check will be issued. Please allow 12-15 business days for processing and delivery upon receipt of the completed form and voided check.

  3. Your request will be reviewed and processed upon Scholarship America receiving the refunded funds from your school.
  4. Upon receiving the funds and completed form, Scholarship America will update your file and issue a replacement check. Please allow 12-15 business days for processing and delivery.
    1. Check with your school to see if they will hold your award for your upcoming enrollment term.
    2. If your check has not been deposited by the school, and the school is unable to hold the funds:
      • Complete and submit the Check Request Change Form to verify your information.

PLEASE NOTE: Scholarship America can only hold your funds for the academic year in which you were awarded.
