Mark Moraitakis

Mark Moraitakis is the current Executive Director of the Field Marketing team at Chick-fil-A Inc. Mark has worked with Chick-fil-A for over 30 years and is a scholarship recipient himself!

Over the years, Mark has worked in many departments such as Training and Development, Operations, and Marketing. From 2005-2016 he pioneered and led Chick-fil-A’s Hospitality and Service Design team as they differentiated the Brand by focusing on ensuring Guest felt “Cared For”. From 2016-2019 Mark built the Marketing Analytics capabilities by creating the Customer & Market Insights department responsible for ensuring Customer, Consumer, and Competitive insights were embedded into Enterprise Business Strategy. As of July 2019, Mark leads the Team Member Experience Team, whose purpose is to ensure Team Members remain a competitive advantage by equipping our franchisees to win their local war for talent in their community.

Jeff Davis

Jeff Davis is the Sr. Director of the Team Member Experience team with Chick-fil-A Inc. Jeff has been with Chick-fil-A for over 10 years.

Jeff enjoys the challenge of supporting the team in developing best-in-class education assistance solutions that will support Operators in providing Team Members the opportunity to reach their educational goals.

Prior to serving on the Team Member Experience team, Jeff has the served the business in many critical roles and is a trusted and influential leader within the business.

Hanna Norman

Hannah Norman leads the Talent Strategies and Programs team on the Team Member Experience team for Chick-fil-A Inc. Her leadership supports the chain’s Appearance and Apparel program, Remarkable Futures Education and Employer Brand efforts.

With over 8 years with Chick-fil-A, she has also supported both training and learning and development initiatives for the Team Member Audience. Outside of Chick-fil-A she enjoys mentoring college studies and attending college sporting events.

Carrie Gregory

Carrie Gregory is the current Project Lead on the Talent Strategies and Programs team at Chick-fil-A Inc. Carrie has been with Chick-fil-A for over 4 years and supports strategic initiatives within the Talent Strategies and Programs team.

Carrie’s primary focus the past 3 years is leading the $25k Scholarship in-person scholarship awarding alongside the company’s CEO, Andrew Cathy.

Carrie describes her experience working with scholarship recipients as highly rewarding!

Ian Bridges

Ian Bridges Leads Chick-fil-A’s Remarkable Futures Program which includes the organization’s national Team Member Scholarship offering and efforts to equip Operators to invest in Team Member education locally.  

Ian has been with Chick-fil-A for 3 years and is grateful for the memorable experiences he has had, some of which include:   accompanying Eddie White, Chick-fil-A’s original scholarship recipient, to award a commemorative $50k Team Member scholarship and being recognized as the Marketing Department’s 2023 Rookie of the Year.
